Sealing Protection
Adopting a dual sealing solution combining static and dynamic sealing with sealing rings and gaskets, it effectively resists deep-water pressure. With a pressure resistance depth of 300 meters, it ensures stable operation of internal components.
Structural & Material Advantages
Gears and main shafts are constructed from 316L stainless steel. The servo housing is processed with hard anodizing on aluminum alloy. The overall structure balances high strength and corrosion resistance, perfectly suited for severe underwater operating environments.
Electrical Performance
The wide operating voltage ranges from 8.4V to 16V for diverse power supply scenarios. It supports a 50Hz signal frequency and an 800–2200μsec signal range. The built-in brushless motor ensures stable and high-efficiency operation.
Under 8.4V, 12V and 16V working voltages, parameters including no-load speed, maximum no-load current and stall torque meet diversified application demands. The rated torque reaches 11.0kg.cm, 15.5kg.cm and 21.0kg.cm respectively, with a standby current of only 10mA, realizing energy conservation and powerful output.
Environmental Adaptability
The operating temperature ranges from -10℃ to 50℃, adapting to various water temperature conditions.
The cable features a TPU outer sheath with a cross-sectional area of 0.5mm² (outer diameter: 6.5mm, length: 1m). Clear wiring definition: Red – Positive Power, Black – Negative Power, Yellow – PWM Signal.
It boasts a service life of over 50,000 load cycles. The aluminum alloy servo weighs 265g in air and only 60g in water, and its lightweight design greatly facilitates mounting and assembly.
