Smart8T Max ROV: High-Performance Underwater Robotic System

     The Smart8T Max ROV is a professional, fully integrated remotely operated vehicle engineered for reliable, versatile underwater operations, ideal for marine inspection, infrastructure maintenance, scientific research, and offshore exploration.

     Designed for deep-water performance, the ROV boasts a rated depth of 300 meters, powered by eight maintenance-free, fully sealed oil-filled thrusters (four horizontal, four vertical). This system delivers a maximum forward thrust of 40kg, vertical thrust of 25kg, and a top speed of 3 knots, ensuring precise maneuverability even in strong currents. Its HDPE frame with profile support bone balances durability and light weight, with dimensions of 750×500×440mm and a total weight of ~50kg.

    Equipped with a cutting-edge imaging system, the ROV features a front-view 200W-pixel 1080P HD camera with ±90° tilt PTZ, and a rear-view 800W-pixel 4K HD camera. Both cameras integrate advanced image enhancement, automatic fog penetration, and shallow-water green light suppression, delivering clear footage in murky or low-light conditions. Two 5000-lumen high-brightness fill lights (front and rear) further optimize visibility, while a suite of sensors—including pressure/depth, compass, pitch/roll, and leak sensors—provides real-time operational and system health data. The ROV supports exceptional scalability, with optional add-ons like manipulators, multibeam sonar, and hydroacoustic positioning systems.

    Powered by a shore-based 3700W AC220V supply for unlimited range, the system is paired with a 300m neutral buoyancy composite tether, reinforced with Kevlar fiber for 500kg tensile strength, housed in a manual PP spool. The control system features a 17-inch 1000nit high-brightness foldable monitor for real-time data display, an I5 CPU host computer (16G RAM, 1T SSD, Win10), and a waterproof keyboard with integrated mouse. Safety is prioritized with an earth leakage protector, reliable grounding, and a remote control handle supporting both wired and wireless operation.
