Recently, two customized underwater search and rescue ROV developed by our company have been officially delivered to the client. These robots will provide efficient and reliable technical support for scenarios such as underwater search and rescue, salvage operations, scientific research and archaeology, and engineering maintenance, addressing complex water environment challenges with tailored solutions.
As high-performance equipment specifically designed for special underwater operations, this ROV is adaptable to various water environments including oceans, lakes, and rivers. With a maximum waterproof depth of 350 meters, it is fully capable of meeting deep-water operation requirements. Its power system is equipped with six maintenance-free, fully-sealed oil-filled deep-water thrusters. The high-degree-of-freedom configuration enables flexible and precise control, and combined with depth-keeping hover and directional navigation functions, the robot maintains stable operation even under complex hydrological conditions.
Visual perception and imaging capabilities are among its core advantages. The ROV is equipped with a 2-megapixel 1080P high-definition pan-tilt camera with 4x optical zoom. Built-in image enhancement algorithms and underwater automatic defogging functions effectively suppress turbidity and green water interference, delivering clear imaging even in murky waters. The ±90° tilt angle, paired with four adjustable-brightness deep-water LED lights, ensures stable and clear visual support for underwater exploration in pitch-black deep waters, providing reliable data for search and rescue and survey missions.
In terms of operational practicality, the ROV features a 2-degree-of-freedom manipulator with a maximum clamping force of 250N, capable of performing complex tasks such as gripping and rotating underwater objects. Shore-based high-voltage DC power supply eliminates the need for frequent charging, enabling long-duration continuous operation. The modular design significantly improves disassembly and maintenance efficiency, while zero-buoyancy, wear-resistant, and tensile-resistant cables ensure stable signal transmission. The shore-based control system, specially developed for underwater scenarios, is portable, user-friendly, and highly reliable.
