FD-ECB-01 Underwater Electric Cleaning Brush

The FD-ECB-01 Underwater Electric Cleaning Brush is a high-performance, submersible cleaning tool engineered for use up to a rated depth of 300 meters. It is powered by a 150W exterior rotor brushless motor driven by an external ESC, delivering a maximum rotational speed of 3400 RPM at a rated voltage of 24VDC.

Key features :

• A maintainable full-sealing design with an adaptive rotary dynamic seal structure and oil pressure compensation for reliable underwater operation.

• A durable construction: its shell is made of aluminum alloy, and the 6mm-diameter main shaft is crafted from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel.

• It weighs 900g in air and 720g in water (including the brush head), making it lightweight and maneuverable for divers or ROV integration.

• The unit comes with a 1m-long TPU-jacketed cable (7.5mm outer diameter, with 3x1.0mm² inner cores) and a set of interchangeable brush heads for different cleaning tasks.

• It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C.

This brush is ideal for heavy-duty underwater cleaning applications, such as removing marine growth, sediment, or fouling from ship hulls, pipelines, subsea structures, and aquaculture equipment.
