Equipped with a 100W high-power LED light source, the unit delivers a rated luminous flux of 10,000 lumens with a standard 6500K daylight color temperature. It accurately restores the true color details of seabed landforms, pipelines and subsea structures, eliminating color distortion and shadow interference in underwater shooting. Perfectly matched with underwater high-definition camera systems, it meets the operational demands of high-precision observation and construction documentation. The whole fixture adopts a hard-anodized aluminum alloy housing with outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, impact and abrasion. Thanks to its lightweight design, it weighs 1,850g in air and only 900g underwater, significantly cutting the payload burden of submersibles and enabling flexible, convenient installation and integration.
Two pressure-resistant depth versions (3,000m and 6,000m) are available to cover most global deep-sea survey scenarios. The housing structure has passed rigorous hydraulic simulation tests to maintain stable watertight sealing under ultra-high pressure equivalent to 10,000-meter abyssal conditions. It supports wide input voltage ranging from 24VDC to 48VDC with a nominal operating voltage of 36VDC, compatible with power supply systems of diverse underwater platforms. Its broad voltage adaptability reduces additional costs for power matching and modification.
Multiple intelligent dimming control schemes are integrated into the device. It supports PWM duty cycle adjustment and RS485 bus control: the PWM high-level voltage ranges from 3.3V to VIN with a frequency bandwidth of 1kHz–10kHz. It also supports 50Hz pulse-width modulation with a pulse width range of 1100–1900μs, allowing stepless remote brightness adjustment from the surface. A built-in forced switching logic simplifies operation: connect the yellow wire to the positive power terminal for full-bright operation, or to the negative terminal to turn the light off instantly. Electrical connection is realized via standard MCBH3M+MCIL3F watertight connectors, delivering reliable waterproof and leakage-proof performance in deep water to prevent short-circuit failures caused by seawater ingress.
