5.Instructions for use

5.1 Wiring and take-up operations

(1) Connecting the cable to the slip ring: Pass the cable ready to be stowed through the cable tie reserved on the mandrel and then solder to the cable leading from the slip ring. Wrap the heat shrink tubing or electrical tape after soldering.

(2) Secure the soldered cables tightly with tie wraps.

(3) Lift the pin lightly and rotate it 90 degrees, and the take-up wheel plate can be rotated. Remove the manual crank inserted into the crank fixed shaft, hold the crank with one hand and rotate it slowly and evenly, so that the cable is neatly wrapped around the disk one by one. In the process, pay attention to the cable arrangement, avoid cross, stacking, to ensure that the collection line is even and flat. If you feel the rotation resistance becomes large, pause for a moment to check whether the cable is stuck, adjust and then continue to collect the cable, until the cable to be collected all collected.

(4) Lift the pin lightly and rotate it 90 degrees, then release it and slowly turn the take-up reel plate so that the pin is inserted into the hole of the reel plate to take up the reel.

5.2 Wire release operation

(1) When you need to use the cable, gently lift the pin and rotate it 90 degrees, grab the cable head reserved outside the coil, and slowly pull it outward in the direction of the cable coil, at this time, the electric slip ring will synchronously rotate with the cable pulling to ensure the smooth connection of power and signal transmission lines. Pulled to the appropriate operating length, you can stop. You can also use the crank to rotate the release line.

(2) If the cable is found to be overstretched or tangled and confused during the unwinding process, it should be stopped immediately, reversed by gently turning the winding disk, rewinding the excess cable into a small section, and tidying it up before continuing the unwinding process.
